This privacy policy explains how Pleiades Netball Club uses the personal information we collect about you when you use the Pitchero website and/or join the club as a member or a parent of a member.

What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you sign up as a club member or as a parent of a junior member. We also collect information about you when you voluntarily complete member surveys and provide feedback.

How will we use information about you?
We collect and hold information about all our members, supporters, umpires and parents of junior members so that we have a record that can be accessed and used in emergency circumstances. We also use your data to enable the Club to communicate with all members about events and information that we think may be of interest and to create registers for senior training so that we have a record of who attends and frequency.

We do not share member information for marketing purposes. We do share member information with England Netball to affiliate members and with Surrey and Croydon Netball Leagues as required in order to register teams.

You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you. Please let our committee know on pleiadesnetball@gmail.com if you wish to do so.

Access to your information
You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email our committee on pleiadesnetball@gmail.com

We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.
